So when I first saw trailers for this movie i laughed. First at the name, because its so ridiculous, then because it seemed like they made Ninja Gaiden without calling it Ninja Gaiden. But the lure of Ninjas fighting proved to be to strong for me to dismiss this flick.

Why haven't video games moved to something along those lines? With flash cards capable of hitting 64GB, would it not be easier (and cheaper!) to use something like that for consoles to utilize? Has anyone in the field even tried this? Is it even possible?
