With games costing 60 dollars a pop these days I am actually being very selective with what im buying. I will admit that I never read this comic series until this year. Lacearator had been urging me for years to read it. He finally loaned it to me and on a rainy day I read the whole thing in one sitting. I really enjoyed it and thought surely the movie wasnt going to be as good as the graphic novel. Ive always loved gestalt teams robots making a bigger robot is always cool as hell. I was hoping that there would be one in the first transformers movie ..but nope. 80's movies strike a specail place in my heart because I grew up watching them. My all time favorite film is Planes Trains and Automobiles but if you ask me why you wont get a real deatiled answer. The movie is funny and still manages to be endearing in a way most comdies cannot.Most movies from this decade were rushed and didnt have very detailed story lines unlike most movies made today.

Weekend at Bernies is one of the last of the 80's movies it was made 1989...
